Search Marketing Executive
Up to £30K, depending on experience
The Search Marketing Executive role is an exciting new, full time position where you can take your existing search marketing skills to the next level as the UK's number one cycle shop continues to grow both domestically and internationally.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating ongoing PPC/SEO and price comparison search strategies and managing their implementation, delivery and optimisation. You will be responsible for the Google Adwords, MSN Live, Yahoo Panama PPCs and the many price comparison accounts. You’ll also be involved in product feed uploads, PPC keyword analysis / selection, A/B text ad creation / testing and SEO site content. You will report directly to the Search Marketing Manager and will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly performance reports on PPC, SEO, price comparison and website activity with recommendations.
Naturally, you will have knowledge of the search engines, internet and web development technologies and be able to demonstrable experience in a PPC role. The candidate will need to keep up-to-date with search marketing developments.

About you
Key requirements:
- Min 1 yr (ideally at least 2 years) experience of search engine marketing (SEM)
- Experience of both paid and natural search
- Understanding of search engine’s SEO guidelines and the latest SEO techniques
- Experience of managing Google AdWords, MSN Live and Yahoo Panama campaigns
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills (including the ability to create graphs, formulas, sorting and comparing data)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline and the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- A fast learner with excellent quantitative, analytical and communications skills
- Creative but practical approach to problem solving
- Confident, personable character, capable of building good working relationships with team members
Key desirables:
- Experience in other internet marketing such as social media, online press releases, price comparison sites, etc
- Experience of Google Adwords Editor and bid management tools
- Knowledge and experience of link building strategies
- Interest in cycling and the cycle industry
- Ecommerce experience and strong commercial awareness
- Degree in Marketing or similar qualification

Email Developer
up to £17-23K, depending on experience
As wiggle continues to expand throughout the UK and Worldwide we are now recruiting a full time email specialist to design, develop and manage our email strategy.
The Role
You will be using your design skills to create well balanced text and image based HTML email newsletters and then through your knowledge and experience of HTML and CSS you will code the email for perfect display in all forms of email accounts. You will use your imagination, flair and organisational skills to customise the email to ensure it is tailor made for the recipient no matter their preferences and location around the world. Reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager you will receive a brief of content and will have a high level on control over how the email is structured and prioritised. You will also provide reports and recommendations on email performance as you monitor results and performance from your ongoing testing strategy.
The successful candidate will be passionate about design and a skilled XHTML developer looking for a role with great responsibility as you control the day to day management of Wiggle’s emails. You will also have the scope to utilise your skill set throughout the marketing department. This may include development on Wiggle’s internal and external website as well as contributing to the overall marketing strategy where required.
