Get an EXTRA 10% OFF the wiggle price of all items under £50 – Simply have them in a basket totalling over £50.
For Example:
1 pair of MTB Shoes, list price is £43.99.
They may be featured in a promotion and have 20% off making them just £35.19.
If they are in a basket totalling over £50 you will get an EXTRA 10% OFF – making them only £31.67!
The 'Basket Saver' discount is automatically calculated and will be displayed in your Shopping Basket.
Please note, if you are not shopping in United Kingdom Pounds (£) the discount will apply to all baskets over the equivalent of £50 depending on our current exchange rate.
The deal works slightly differently for our Gold and Platinum Customers as detailed below.

Gold and Platinum Discounts
Wiggle Gold and Platinum Customers receive the very best discounts available irrespective of basket totals. Gold and Platinum Customers don't have to spend over £50 each time to start receiving discounts. This means Gold and Platinum Customers are rewarded each and every time they shop at Wiggle, even for small regular purchases such as inner tubes, cycling kit, energy food, energy drink and more!
The Gold and Platinum status is automatically determined by the amount spent over the last year:
- Gold Customers have spent over £100
- Platinum Customers have spent over £500
Gold Customers receive an
exclusive 5% discount off the list price of all products that have not already been discounted. They also exclusively receive a 5% discount off the list price of all products including all bikes and frames. These discounts are not available to standard customers. Gift vouchers are not included.
Platinum Customers receive an
exclusive 10% discount off the list price of all products that have not already been discounted. They also exclusively receive a 10% discount off the list price of all products including all bikes and frames. These discounts are not available to standard customers and discounted by only 5% to Gold Customers. Gift vouchers are not included.
Standard Wiggle customers will not receive any of the above discounts, which are exclusive to Gold and Platinum Customers, because we think it is only right to reward our loyal customers the most.
Your current status will automatically be calculated and updated by our checkout if you are a Gold or Platinum Customers. You simply don't need to do a thing!
Gold / Platinum discounts are not applied gift vouchers but the money you spend on these still counts towards your running total!

Terms and Conditions:
- The Gold and Platinum prices are applied to the list price of a product. If that product is already discounted below the Gold / Platinum price, you won't receive any additional discount.
- Vouchers don't count towards your running total when you spend them but they do when you buy them.
- The value of any returned items will be deducted from your running total.
- Postage costs do not count towards your running total.

How does the Basket Saver discount work for Gold & Platinum customers?
You will always get the best available discount!
If a Gold Customers' basket totals over £50, then all the Gold Price items that cost less than £50 will be discounted by a further 5%. All other items that cost less than £50 will be discounted by 10%.
Platinum Customers already receive 10% off individual items that cost less than £50, highlighted by the Platinum Prices. Therefore they receive the best possible discount regardless of how many items are in their basket. They do not need to spend any extra to get the best deals!
The 'Basket Saver' discount is automatically calculated and will be displayed in your Shopping Basket.

In the example above you will initially get 5% off the bib tights in a basket on their own. If the tubes are added to the basket, making the total basket value over £50.00, you will now get the Basket Saver discount as this is greater than the Gold Price discount.
You will see that you do not receive any Gold discount on the tubes as they are initially reduced higher than the 5% Gold Price saving.

With the bib tights, there is initially no discount as the wiggle price is the same as the list price. In an order under £50 you will get your 10% platinum saving.
If you add another item to your basket, such as the reduced inner tubes in Example 2, your basket could now total over £50 and be eligible for the Basket Saver discount. As you have already got 10% off the bib tights with your Platinum discount you do not get any further discount with the basket saver. However, as you have not received any 'Platinum Discount' on the inner tubes they are eligible for the basket saver.
In short, you will either get your Platinum Discount, or your Basket Saver Discount - depending on what one gives you the biggest saving!
Remember as a Gold or Platinum customer you do not need to spend any minimum value to get your discount!

What happened to my Personal Discount?
The new Wiggle Gold and Platinum Customer discount scheme replaces our previous Personal Discount scheme. With the new scheme, your Gold or Platinum price is still valid, no matter how large or small your order.
