How to buy a gift voucher
Wiggle vouchers are the easy way to solve all your present related problems. Vouchers are emailed to the recipient and can be used to purchase any item on wiggle.
If you order gift vouchers without anything else in your basket your vouchers will be emailed to you within 1 hour - ideal if you are in need of a last minute gift! You must also ensure that you do not leave any order notes, otherwise there will be further delays processing your order.
- Add the voucher to your basket and purchase it in the normal way
- We'll charge your credit/debit card and generate the voucher when we process the order (next working day)
- We'll send you an email with the voucher code and a link to a printable page. You will not receive a voucher in the post.
- You can forward the email on to the recipient (recommended) or print out the voucher and send that in the post
- You can purchase more than one voucher on a single order
- You can mix vouchers with other products on the same order
- Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on wiggle
- You don't have to spend all of the voucher at once - we'll keep track of the unused portion and you can use that later
- You can use more than one voucher against an order
- Vouchers can't be used on finance orders
- There is no expiry date on vouchers
You will not be sent a voucher in the post but will be emailed the voucher code.

How to pass your gift voucher on to a friend.
You will be emailed with a voucher code that you can pass on to your friend as you wish. You will not receive a voucher in the post.

How to use your gift voucher.
Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to your basket in the normal way. At the bottom of your basket there is a box labeled 'Voucher codes and special offers'. Enter the voucher number and hit the 'Apply voucher' button. This will then deduct the voucher amount used from the order and will show you how much of the voucher remains unused.

Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers are different from Gift Vouchers as they cannot be bought from Wiggle. They are either issued via promotions, emails or from Wiggle Customer Services. These vouchers usually come in one of three forms:
- A set amount (E.G. £5.00)
- A certain percentage off a set amount (E.G. 10% off orders over £50)
- A certain discount depending on a set spend (E.G. £10 off orders over £50)
The crucial difference with these types of vouchers are:
- They cannot be used to purchase Wiggle Gift Vouchers
- They usually have a short expiry date
- You may have to use your voucher in one go
- There may be further conditions imposed to the voucher depending on the promotion.

How to use your promotional voucher.
Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to check out in the normal way. In the section titled 'Wiggle e voucher' in your shopping basket enter the voucher number and hit the 'Use my voucher' button. This will apply the voucher discount to your order.

How to pass your promotional voucher on to a friend.
If you do not wish to use your promotional vouchers it can be passed on to your friends.
Most promotional voucher codes are unique and can only be used once. If a voucher can be used multiple times it will be advertised as such. If you have any questions on whether your voucher is unique or not please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk.
