ASICS Tim Don Competition
Wiggle have teamed up with ASICS to offer a truly unforgettable prize with the chance to train with one of Britain's top Triathletes. You will spend a day with former Triathlon World Champion Tim Don carrying out the stars gruelling preseason training routine. Tim will take you through his Running, Swimming and Cycling drills sharing with you priceless tips and techniques that he has learnt through his years competing at the top of world triathlon.

The training day will take place on 12th Jan 2008 in the London area and will consist of the following:
